I come to you
I can bring the 9D Breathwork experience to your workplace or venue, a hired space with or without inclusions, or an outdoor location such as a park or beach, subject to location availability and any required approvals. Online sessions are also available for workplaces, mini groups and groups beyond my service areas (i.e. Gold Coast & Brisbane).
What to expect on the day
- You'll be lying comfortably on your back with headphones provided by me. The immersive, multidimensional 9D experience engages your senses through sound, breath and guided sensory cues. Please bring your own eye mask to help minimise distractions and deepen your experience.
- Before you begin, I'll take you through the theme of the journey and the breathing techniques involved.
- You may experience physical sensations or emotions during the journey. You're always in control and can soften your breath or opt out at any time.
- Sessions include an introduction, the 9D journey itself (most run 50 to 70 minutes) and time afterwards to settle and integrate. The shortest journey runs 25 minutes and the longest 110, so the run time is listed on every journey in the library.
Who it suits and who it may not
9D Breathwork is suitable for complete beginners and experienced breathwork practitioners alike. No previous experience is needed. If you've practised breathwork before, 9D may take you somewhere different.
If you're curious, open and ready to slow down and shift energy, the experience will meet you where you are.
It may not be for you if you don't enjoy being fully immersed in an experience or prefer a more traditional breathwork practice.
Many 9D Breathwork journeys involve active somatic practices and deep, connected breathing. These journeys may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a history of seizures, cardiovascular conditions, severe asthma, have recently had surgery or have significant unmanaged mental health conditions.
If you're unsure whether 9D is right for you, please check with your health practitioner first. I also offer gentle down regulation journeys that may be more suitable depending on your needs, so please reach out and we can discuss this further.
Your safety and wellbeing are my top priority.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any breathwork experience?
Not at all. 9D is designed to be accessible whether you're completely new to breathwork or have experience. Come as you are. There's nothing you need to know beforehand.
What do I need to bring or wear?
Bring an eye mask and water bottle. Wear comfortable, warm clothing and dress in layers (relative to season). It's easier to remove a layer if you get warm than to wish you had more on if you get cold as some people experience a drop in body temperature during the journey.
Pending on the location of your session and inclusions, for extra comfort I would recommend a bolster (to place under your knees) and a head cushion/pillow.
Is it safe? Are there any health considerations?
Breathwork is generally considered safe for most healthy adults when practised appropriately. Like any active physical practice, however, certain health conditions may mean some breathing techniques or journeys aren't suitable for you.
9D Breathwork involves active breathing techniques and some journeys can be physically and emotionally intense. Please speak with your doctor before participating if you have cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, aneurysms, epilepsy or a history of seizures, severe asthma, osteoporosis, glaucoma, have recently had surgery or are pregnant. If you take significant medication or have a serious mental health condition, including psychosis, paranoia or bipolar disorder, please consult your healthcare professional first.
If you have asthma, bring your own inhaler and discuss your suitability with your doctor before participating.
9D Breathwork may also not be appropriate if you are experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or have a mental health condition that is currently unmanaged or lacks adequate support.
This list is not exhaustive. If you have a medical or mental health condition that isn't listed here or you're unsure whether a particular journey is suitable for you, please speak with your doctor or healthcare professional before participating. Your safety and wellbeing come first.

Booking Terms
Group bookings & payment
To secure your booking, full payment is required. Your preferred date will be confirmed once payment has been received, as dates cannot be held without payment.
Cancellation policy
I understand that life happens and plans can change. As each session involves preparation, scheduling and reserved capacity, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling to another date (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the session: 50% is forfeited and 50% is refunded.
- Changes to participant numbers can be made 7 days or more prior to the session, with a full refund provided for any cancelled places. Minimum numbers still apply.
- Within 7 days of the session, participant numbers are unable to be reduced and prepayments are unfortunately non-refundable. If someone is no longer able to attend, you’re welcome to arrange another participant to take their place.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are fully non-refundable.
- If a venue has been hired for your session, the venue's own cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
Rescheduling
- I'm happy to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 7 days before the session, subject to my availability.
- As your booking date is reserved specifically for your group, rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the session are treated as cancellations. Unfortunately, at such short notice, I'm unable to fill the reserved booking with another group, so the applicable cancellation policy will apply.
Liability & participation
- All participants will be required to read, complete and sign a waiver before booking and attending a 9D Breathwork session.
- The waiver below outlines the health, safety and participation requirements you will be asked to acknowledge before participating.
Participant acknowledgement
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this breathwork session and accept responsibility for my own wellbeing during and after the session. I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, I have disclosed any medical or psychological conditions that may affect my ability to participate safely. This includes, but is not limited to, pregnancy, epilepsy or seizures, significant cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, recent surgery, severe respiratory conditions, osteoporosis, psychosis, schizophrenia, untreated bipolar disorder, or any other condition or medication that may impact my participation.
If I have asthma, I agree to inform the facilitator prior to participating and ensure I have access to any prescribed medication or inhaler if required.
I understand that the facilitator is not a medical or mental health professional and that breathwork is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with breathwork and, to the extent permitted by law, release the facilitator from claims arising from my voluntary participation and accept responsibility for any medical costs incurred.
If I have any concerns about my health or suitability to participate, I will discuss these with the facilitator before the session.
I confirm that I have read and understood the contraindications listed above, have answered the health questions honestly and have disclosed any relevant medical or mental health conditions to the facilitator before participating.
Your safety and wellbeing matter to me.
